SEMCOG Map Catalog

Maps and GIS data are an important component of SEMCOG’s planning efforts. The Map Catalog displays GIS data and statistics in map format. MDCH Health Statistics Tables

This page provides health statistics tables for Michigan and its counties, health departments and cities. This web site has tables of numbers, rates and other figures regarding infant mortality, preventable hospitalizations, live births, mortality, population and sexually transmitted diseases. You will be provided with a list of all available tables for a selected region. The region can include the entire state of Michigan or a specific county, local health department, or minor civil division (city, township, or other municipality with population over 10,000)
